I have been an Independent Loan Originator since 1998 and a Licensed Real Estate Professional with the California Department of Real Estate since 2003. In 2011 I became licensed by the Department of Corporations and hold my NMLS license.

Here are a few bullet points for you to consider

• I passed both the State and Federal NMLS exams
• I am NMLS Licensed and have had over 20 states Licenses over the course of my career #241423
• I have been an active Loan Originator since entering the Mortgage Origination field in 1998
• I have worked in such diverse company’s as a VA/FHA streamline company to a Lead Generation Company (that set up a small independent loan office for all the overflow leads they originated), all the way to the Banking world of California Federal Bank and Bank of America, also, of course being Self Employed and working as a satellite office for several Brokers.
• I have an interesting work background that fits in with being an Exceptional Loan Originator: Teacher, Financial Planner and Overseas Businessman.
• I look at Loan Origination as my Career and not a job
